Do I have to book a reservation?
No you do not. We always welcome walk-ins. Reservations are recommended on days and times when we are busy (to guarantee seating).
How do bookings work?
Bookings guarantee seating. We require a deposit to be made which works out per person, and this is attributed to your total. In other words, the money spent on bookings is a balance for you to spend from when you are seated.
Do I need to show identification or be 18 to enter?
We may require you to show identification if you appear under 25 (as the law requires us to do so). Under 18s are permitted to stay in the lounge up until 8pm, as long as they are supervised by a legal parent or guardian.
