Rules & Guidelines
NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY!
1. brunch is on every saturdays, from 2pm to 7pm.
2. bookings are OPTIONAL, WHICH WE RECOMMEND TO GAURANTEE SEATING.
3. last bookings are taken at 5:30pm due to event finishing at 7pm.
4. last orders for drinks are 15 minutes before your booking ends.
5. your party is allocated 90 minutes from the time of your reservations.
6. all guests must order the same package.
7. please ensure that all guests arrive on time and are ready to be seated.
8. if your guests or party is late, we will do our best to seat you. we cannot guarantee you will gain additional time lost during your lateness.
9. drinks must be finished before ordering a new one. we can serve one drink at a time. our team will do their best to make sure you are topped off quickly for your full booking. orders are taken at the table.
10. notice: please pace yourselves and drink with RESPONSIBILITY. we reserve the right to deny service for customers who are extremely intoxicated or aggressive.
11. this experience is strictly for patrons ages 18 or over. You may be asked identification upon entrance. security and management reserve the right to deny entry.
12. REFUNDS OF BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THERE IS AT LEAST 24 HOURS before the booking date and time. we do not provide refunds before, during or after the bottomless brunch.
