These rules are placed so that we operate smoothly and can offer an incredible experience to our patrons. We ask that our patrons respect these rules. Thank you. Our detailed Terms & Conditions can be found by clicking here.
1. Maximum Seating Policy
We have a maximum seating policy of up to two hours on Fridays and Saturdays during peak or busy hours. This rule is only active during these periods, and we are lenient when we have space available.
2. Table Service
We require customers to order upon seating. We do not allow orders at the Kitchen, Bar, or Shisha Lab.
3. Age Restrictions & Identification
We may require patrons to show identification when entering our lounge if they appear 25 years of age or younger as we are required to do so by the law.
4. Last Orders
The very last orders we can take are;
- The Kitchen ends at 10:00PM from Tuesdays through to Sundays, and the Kitchen is closed on Mondays.
- The Shisha Lab and Hookah orders close one hour before the closing time.
- The Bar and drink orders close 30 minutes before the closing time.
Remember this does not reflect the Bottomless Brunch which has its own set of Rules.
5. Dress Code
The dress code for our lounge is reflected from our vision and concept; prestige. We ask that our patrons operate a smart or casual dress code, with an effort made in the way they look, smell, and appear. We do not accept tracksuits, slippers, sliders, tank tops, and non religious or non-medical related head or face wear.
6. Behaviour & Respect
We ask that our patrons keep a respectful attitude towards our business and staff. We will always do our best to treat our patrons with class and a luxurious approach. We hope that our patrons can approach us and our venue the same way.
Patrons should never handle the Shisha pipes or coals themselves as they can seriously injure themselves.
7. Policy
The security staff or management assigned during the period have the right to deny entry to any patrons or request their removal from the venue.
